What Amp for an Artcore AF75D?

Hiya!

I just got an nice orange Artcore AF75D and was wondering what kind of amp others are using with it. I want to play mostly jazz/blues type stuff and would be happy with a small bed room size amp that i could drag over to buddies house and jam a bit. I'm thinking solid state is the way to go, or is there a good tube route??

Right now I run it with my ancient Marshall 5010, sounds great for heavy stuff, but not the jazzy bluesy tone!

Any opinions??

Hi,

I play mostly blues with my AF75 and AF105 too, plugged in a Peavey Classic 20. Volume up to 10 for that sweet tube distortion, I use master vol and guitar's volume pots to keep it down. No gadgets, just a guitar, a cable and an amp.
Playing sucks but the tone just could not be better.
