I'm trying to make my Ibanez enjoyable to play again by fixing the horrible bridge problem. I just bought the floyd rose trem stop block and I haven't recieved it just yet but I was wondering if anyone has tried it out before and what kind of results they had; ie. did it fix the problem? did anything go wrong? etc.
Thanks |

The trem block will help greatly but if you still have problems, you may need replace the trem posts. _________________

Thanks for replying.
Have you actually installed one before? I just got it in the mail yesterday and since I've never actually screwed into the body of guitar before and because the device is relatively simple (2 screws, threaded bolt and another thing) I was hoping for some words of advice or cautionary tales before installing.
also, if you have done this before, the threaded bolt that's meant to for adjustment doesn't screw in with ease and I'm a little worried that if you pliers to tighten/adjust the bolt then I'll damage the thread of the bolt.
any help is appreciated.
