hi, new here and question about tuning and trem arm

Hi all, am new here, and very much like the forum.

I have got a question about my spare guitar tho.

Is an Ibanez GRX170 (a cheapie spare one lol)
Now here is the problem

If I use the wammy bar, the bottom 3 strings go out of tune, (i.e. E - B - G), and also since a couple of days the wammy bar just falls out of the trem, like the hole in the trem has become to big???

Can anybody tell me what I can do about that?

I have checked the nut, trempost screws, etc but cant find a fault with them.

PS I have also got JEM 555 - Jem UV7 - and a S540LTD
(just thought I'd let you know lol
