I've been looking/researching the Behringer V-Amp Pro and wanted to hear some comments from people who have heard them first hand. I have an ART SGX-2000 but I'm liking what I've heard so far of the amp models in the V-Amp Pro. I think it's about time to retire the SGX to just effects and I want to try a modelling preamp. What do you'all think? _________________ Equipment:

hey, ive played a Behringer preamp, and while it would be a nice peice of studio gear, im not sure how great it would sound in a live/band situation. with that said, Im personally bying one of the rack mount modles for my studio, but Its tube all the way live! It wouldnt sound horrible or anything, theres just better options. |

Hallo, I´m from Germany and I work live with Modelers live for Years.
Especially thie Behringer Product ist noisy an (as everything) a worse Copy f the Line 6 product.
Beleave me without further Explanation, that the very best is the old POD 2!!
It sounds at once on every Channel as long, as you use ist as a real Line Signal in your PA and not only as an effeckt before your Amp!
The "modern" POD XT live doesnt sound at all, because they put so much inside, that he lost any natural sounds.
Uff, I see , that your message ist frpm may!!
Howewer: beware of most of the behringer produkts!
