Hi,

In introduce myself : I’m French, 30 years old, I play the guitar, the bass and the drums. I began with the guitar but I’m not very good with my hears, much better with the rhythm.
I play pop, rock and a few jazz.
I’ve got an Ibanez SR886 and I would like to change it because I’m small and it hearts my back when I wear it. I’m looking for a lighter bass.
I really love the sounds on the SR886, that’s why I think it would be good for me to change it for another SR.

Which one do you advise me (4 or 5 strings)?

The ergodyne EDB are lighter as I heard. But what about the sound? Do you think it would be better?

I hope my English is good enough for you to understand me.
