Hi there! I'm the mom of a musician without Internet access and I'd like to try to help him with a problem he's having with his guitar. First of all, I'll apologize up front because I know I'm probably not going to know any of the proper guitar terminology .... hopefully, tho', somebody will know what I'm talking about and be able to help! Very Happy He's got an electric accoustic Ibanez (sorry, I don't know the model) and one day a couple of months ago, it just started making an awful noise while he was on stage and then cut out completely. He's out in new batteries that the guitar store gave him, taken it back in for what they claimed was a repair and still the problem occurs sporadically...and of course, always at the worst possible times. Is anybody aware of this problem? What about the Gold Peak battery that comes with the guitar? Is that the only kind you can use? The guitar store told him those were the only ones that work ... but that they don't sell them. I can't find where you can buy them online as the manufacturer doesn't sell direct to the public. ANY help at all would be greatly appreciated !!!! Thanks! Stokeswood Mom
