GSR 100 bass...or is it?

Hello all,

I decided to buy another bass to play around with and bought an Ibanez GSR100. I like it, but I want to confirm that it's an actual Ibanez guitar. From their website, they claim the only colors it was released with was black and red, however, the body on this bass is clear wood finish. Could this be a frankenstein base? The only way I could tell it was a GSR 100 was from the receipt. There was no markings on the body, just on the neck saying "Gio Soundgear", so I know the neck at least is real. Pickups are exactly where the photo shows them....Does anyone know of a model Ibanez released of the GSR100 with a clear body?
