Which Bass??

hi, i found this site through google and read through some topics and though maybe u guys can help me Rolling Eyes

As a begginer i bought a crappy cheap samick base but now i want to upgrade to a 5 string ibanez. i had the BTB405qm in mind but i heard it was too big (my hands are not small but if its too big then i cant play it. my samick was a 34" neck with 20 frets.. is there a big difference between the fret size of the btb and this

). So what do u guys recommend... my buddget is about 800$.

I have a BTB405QM, and I have small hands for a bass player. It's a easy bass to play, I think it is more about your tech, than the size of your hands. The strings are spaced wide like a Fender Prec, and i like that, but if you like the strings closer like the SR basses then stay away from the BTBs[/b]
