I have owned an EDC 705 for about two years now and have loved it. The problem is is that I want to try and get a better slap tone and tapping dexterity out of it. I plan to totally replace the Ibanez HZ soapbars with EMG 40DCs. Do ya'll think it would improve the overall tone? Also I plan to put light Ken Smith strings on there starting tomorrow. If anyone has any objections and suggestions, please speak your mind. Shvanks.
