I'm using Cubase VST. It's good quality and fairly easy to operate.
If you're using Windows XP then Cubase SX should be more suitable as it's
designed to work with it. _________________ Thanks

Hey, to answer one question, I use Acid Pro 4.0, I like it a lot. I record through a computer recording interface, now the speakers question, it depends on what you have, turn it down loowwww bro.

There's no special hardware you need. Just a decent sound card. I have
SB Audigy Platinum. I've heard that Terratec makes some affordable and decent sound cards. DMX6 Fire is an equivalent to my SB but may
have a little better sound quality. There's nothing wrong with the SB 'tho
so if you don't have a good sound card either one of those will do just fine.
Both of them have 1/4" input/output jacks and midi in/out. SB has a little better support though. _________________ Thanks

Cubase is the way to go. Just double check and make sure your effects have midi-out capability. That's the most trouble free way to plug in. _________________ Some motherf*ckers are always trying to ice skate up hill. |
