GSR 200 vs. GSR 190 What's the difference?

I am buying my first bass, and like the GSR 200. But I see the Jump Start kit has a GSR 190 in it. They look identical and the specs are identical. Can anyone tell me if they really are the same, and if not , what the differences are. I would really appreciate it.

RUN! As fast and as far as you can from both the jump start kit and GSR-200. My advice would to be to save up another month or two and upgrade to the SR300DX or SR400. They are not that much more expensive, but the difference in quality, tone, and playability is remarkable.
