working on a high end line under a foreign guy that would cuss you in 4 different languages if your soufflé' didn't rise properly? Did it for 4 years on the line and 3 years as the exec. before coming into IT. If you've been there and know what the hell I'm talking about, sound off. I have a little something for you that you'll appreciate.

I worked as a baker for a french guy during my term break back in '91. Basically im overworked, underpaid and everyday i've to tolerate his cursing (he gloats, embarrasing me in front of his customers). Finally upon collecting my last paycheck, i left all the fridge and freezer door open and close up for the day, up to this day, i never knew what happened nor i wish to know....... Twisted Evil

Check out the book Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly by Anthony Bourdain. You'll appreciate every bit of it.

Way cool. The guy reminds me of the chef I started my apprenticeship under way back when. Did 2 years under a guy like Anthony, and it's all still a blur. Wink
