I was wondering if any of you guys got a chance to listen to their new album. apart from the singing and the keyboards.. this album is the freakin *Doo Doo*!!
Stream of Conciouseness at about 3 minutes into the song gets soo awesome i just had to listen to it over and over and over again.
Anyone know of a powertab of this song? cause i'd love to jam to this. _________________ mP |

| Train of Thought is a fantastic release but the guitar tone somehow isn’t ear candy to me. I was informed that there was a change in the amps used for the recording, a MESA Road King to be precise… |

I haven't followed them since there first CD. Maybe I should check it out. Do they still have the '80's "Pull Me Under" sound? _________________ Some motherf*ckers are always trying to ice skate up hill. |

Well I am not too sure about what they sounded like before. This is their first album I listened to front to cover. All I can say is that their riffing and metal sound is awesome. I love it. Sounds great.
I was looking at some of the tabs for stream of concioussness. there is a 3 to 8 stretch there.. almost can't do it. I'll stick it though.
check that bit out 3 minutes into the song of stream of conciouseness. absolutly amazing! _________________ mP |

More heavier tones in this album and the guitar solos *AMAZING*
Still like Images & Words album though....... _________________ A good friend will bail you out of jail.....but a true friend will be sitting beside you, saying "Damm, that was fun!!!" |

| I’d vote for Images & Words release in terms of guitar tone + overall musicianship as well. |

For me they have been going down since Jordan Ruddess came up. SFAM was their last god album. Well, their new album sounds awful to me. Listen to Images and words, that's overwhelming.
The first song I listened from them was Metropolis from Live at the Marquee, I thought that was the best song i've ever heard, I just couldn't believe it.
If they continue this way, soon they will be dead for me. _________________ Memoricen todo, escalas, arpegios, acordes, patrones, cadencias, etc,
