Pickup mounting rings on older Ibanez for Gibson PAF pickups

I've noticed that the mounting rings on the original pickups on my 1981 AR50 do not have the same hole pattern for the body mounting screws as Gibson. The base is slightly larger. I have two covered Gibson humbuckers that I want to try in the guitar.

So I'm wondering... did Ibanez maintain these hole pattern dimensions throughout the years?

Is there a mounting ring that fits a Gibson pickup (2 height adjust screws) that also fits this Ibanez mounting hole pattern?

Would a mounting ring from a newer reissue Ibanez Artist work? If so, does anyone sell those?

Does ANYONE (like say DiMarzio) sell pickups/parts that fit this Ibanez?
