has someone ever broken into your house?

last night at about 3 30 am, i heard this huge crashing noise with breaking of glass. My first reaction was that I was startled. I then started thinking about what to do. So I thought to myself "if I stand behind my door, then if the guy comes in then i'll jump him from behind!" So I stood behind the door for about...20 mins...and as I was standing there I was thinking to myself "if i get killed here, I hope my girlfriend gets over it okay, I hope she knows I love her, I hope it's not too bad for my family, etc..." well, i finally got the courage to go out and when i did, the whole house was fine. nothing broken, and everything in place.

BUT...I SWEAR i heard something!! Laughing

Around here, robbers have it easy. Most New Hampshire people leave their doors open. WE DON'T.

If you break into my house, you have to fight off two angry women, then my father, me, and 2 cats. I have at least 7 baseball bats, 2 gas tanks, 3 bottles of lighter fluid, and 8 lighters.

LOL, you know what, last night the electricity went out at around 1 in the morning...my parents are dead asleep...i am on the third floor, so I go downstairs to turn off the ups' on all our computers, their beeping up a storm. It is pitch black, I'm half way down the stairs when my dad comes out of his room dressed in his zebra boxers, or at least i think they were zebra boxers, little too dark to tell. I freeze and he's like "alright, go downstairns and turn off the computer....is that you??? I SAID IS THAT YOU????" apparently he thought that someone had cut out the power to rob us blind on Christmas eve. He picks up an entire shoe shelf and marches towards me. I realize that he is going to beat the *Poop* out of me if I don't say something..."DAD IT'S ME".... DADGUMIT I KNEW IT WAS YOU, WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING?????

Anyways, he thought that he would have a better chance of taking me out if i had a knife if he clubbed me with the shoe rack...hmm. makes sense.

So in the end, the computers got turned off, i lived, my dad went back to bed and i slept till 10 on christmas morning.
