Hi, I'm a newbie, but glad I found this place!
Back around 1984, I bought an Ibanez Roadstar II guitar. I bought it on a whim, because I got a really good deal, but I also enjoyed playing it. In 1985, I sold it to help finance a Custom Shop Les Paul that I had built, and while I don't regret buying the Custom LP (I still have it), I've always kicked myself for getting rid of the Ibanez.
It was a Strat-style, black body & pickguard, rosewood neck, humbucker in the bridge & single-coil in the neck, and a non-locking tremelo. I'm wondering if anyone knows the specific model#, or knows where there is one for sale. I've been checking E-Bay with no luck.
Thanks! |

Best bet is to keep checking ebay.. use several different key words..
you will find it eventually....
You answered your own question though, it is a Roadstar II
thats about the only Ibanez model (Roadstar) in that style made in that era... Succeeded by the Pro Line series and up and up from there...
Good luck... _________________

These are so close, but not quite what I'm looking for. I know I'm being a pain in the *Horse's Patoot*, but I really want a duplicate of what I had...Strat style, all black, H/S, rosewood fingerboard, and non-locking trem.
I really appreciate all the help, please keep them coming! |
