hi six..its easiest if ya go here>>> http://onthenet.com.au/~kirkclan/dropd.htm ..that should pretty much answer what ya need answered---plus...remember.. with alternate tunings you hafta learn new ways to make the same chords & notes are in different locations !!--have fun.
