seriously dude.. drop it!!

I tell you from experience..

I started smoking a 11 and then chewed snuff and smoked at 21 til 27
and from 27 til 32 just snuff....

I just quit for good 3 weeks ago tomorrow..

It was a divine intervention that allowed me the power to release it..

The Copenhagen snuff i chewed was a can a day, that is equivilent to 3 1/2 packs of smokes a day...

Now, my sleeping problems are gone as well!!

I totally agree, if you have the desire to quit, do it now before it gets to the point that you don't think you can. It's easy once you set your mind to it and start the first step. But you have to want it to really do it. I have been smokinmg for 6 years now and am starting to catch myself smoking more and more everyday and I hate it. I still smoke under a half pack a day but it's more than the 3 a day that I smoked 3 years ago. It's costly, smelly, and very bad for you. And just think, what cute girl is gonna want to kiss you if you smell and taste like an ashtray? Think about it, and if you really want to quit, ask your parents for help, if they understand , they will support you and help.

so when i finally got one, my vision got blury and i was REALLY dizzy and shaky. but man i felt so much better. so relaxed. so pissed off at myself....

anyone know any good ways or supliments to get me off of it?

The best thing is sheer will power. It is better in the long run because you don't pick up another addiction in the process. Chewing tobacco is no safer than cigarettes, it too is worse in the long run. Instead of lung cancer you get mouth cancer, which might I add, I have seen pictures of and it is NASTY!!!! You can lose your gums, lips, cheeks, throat, or even worse your entire jaw, sickening thought. There are some herbal supplements that may help you, but you have to have the strong will power. Try some herbal teas or even aroma therapy, they both help your overall well being. There are plenty of herbal teas that help relax and destress, try Chai, Peppermint, or Chamomile. And for aroma therapy try sandalwood, jasmine, and clary sage, they will help relax you also. Hope that helps you guys a little.

I'm just old, ha ha. I personally drink a lot of herbal teas, and use aroma therapy. They both help relax immensely and regain my peace of mind at the end of the day. If you can't get aroma therapy oils(they're expensive) insence works just fine. Sandalwood and jasmine are the best for relaxing. Teas are a personal preference, just try something you might like. I love Chai because it has a blend of several spices and you add sugar and milk, it is just soothing. Make sure before you try anything that you check labels and you don't have any allergies to it. It is very important that you do that. If you wan to go to a local herbal or homeopathic shop, they can help you find an herbal supplement to take by mouth that might help with cravings, again check the label. And take on a hobby that uses your hands. I have started gardening and now have several bonsai trees and an extensive herb garden. It is also very relaxing and you will have a feeling of accomplishment when you start seeing results. Start with your soul and peace of mind and body will follow. Work from the inside out, take your time, and don't rush life, before you know it it will be going faster than you could ever imagine. Years will feel like months, and months like days, enjoy it while your days are long and time seems to creep by. If ya need anything elsee you know where to find me.
