I know I don't post much here, but I thought I'd share...
I'm off to Slovenia today for a one week conference and a bit of a holiday.
Looking forward to it as I haven't had a break for ages.

Pity the baggage allowance prevents me from taking the guitar! Wink

Travel safe. I'm assuming Slovenia is in Scotland. We're talking about taking a vacation there next summer (Scotland that is.) Absolutley beautiful country, I can't wait. Oh, and sorry to hear about the guitar situation. Don't worry, it'll be waiting for you once you get home. Wink

Thanks for the reply SRX and thank you for the kind comments about Scotland - yes it is beautiful (well some of it is!) and I hope you find the best bits when you come.

Incidentally, Slovenia isn't in Scotland.
It's part of the former Yugoslavia, just east of northern Italy.
Was fantastic, very pretty and hotter than I thought it would be.
We did have to do some work, but there was plenty of time for fun, exploring and beer drinking Wink

I think my guitar playing just got a (little) bit better having had a week's break from it, so no worries there either!

In the early-mid 90's I played some gigs with Peter Mihelich (in NYC), this pianist from Slovenia plays *Holy Censor, Batman* good.....I think he went back to europe or something.
