Need help for a beginner with an rg570

Just got my first Ibanez guitar. Set up the edge tremolo as instructed. No problems with the tuning. The guitar seems to handle and sound pretty good. HOwever, alot of the high notes above the 15th fret don't seem to hang on too long. 5 seconds at the most. I've got a 10 year old Squier that seems to hold the these high notes longer than the Ibanez. So with this, I know I need to adjust the pickups on the RG570. Any suggestions on how to adjust these pickups so that I can get a cleaner sound on the high notes. I also receive some poor frequency noises as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

Sounds like the neck needs a rework, maybe an easy one.. if you were close to me i would help you with it.. but i'm sure someone helpful can tell you how to do it or even do it for you.

If i am going to help you online, which is workable, i need good pics, close pics in the neck from all angles, and close pics as well.

It might be so simple that it's only the trussrod that needs adjustment.. and that you can absolutely do yourself, even if you guitarworkman sais you have to leave it in and pay him 50 USD for it.. just gimme more info and i'll help ya
