my name is fazrul. i'm 20 years old, and i'm from malaysia.

well, i like ibanez a lot. i have an ibanez RG270.

this is my first guitar. bought it 3 years ago. i totally love all about it. the wizard-ii neck shape feels great. i totally get what i paid.

i also have a samick les paul. i bought it last month. it's very cheap for a korean les paul copy. the sound is ok. the quality is superb... for a cheap guitar.
i'm thinking of changing the pickup. either duncans or EMG.

Hello all, great site
My name is Ian, Im 38 and I've been playing for about 25 years. I have my trusty rg (see below), a usa strat with alnico pros and blocked/fixed trem, a westone thunder 1a(anyone remember these??) natural finish, my 1st electric, and a yamaha apx5a electro-acoustic. Amp - Acoustic g100t ( v similar to boogie mkIII)from the 70s. A great tone
musically I like rock,blues & metal but the band I play in is acoustic rock with light electric guiters ( tend to use my strat), But still love rockin with the rg.
I'm also wondering if anyone else has a 90's rg570 (no scratchplate) with a flame maple top (mine has a blue sunburst). they seem to be quite rare, I originally bought the guitar with a light blue metallic finish but the body cracked where the cutouts met the neck pocket and after 4 months of phone calls, the distributer offered me this body which i eagerly accepted.
