I looked in the support area under wiring diagrams for guitars but it appears to have only electric (solid body type) not acoustics. A friend's AEF30-TVS-0p-03 got a loose connection in the 1/4" jack. When he went to tighten it, it turned inside and pulled the wires loose from the bridge the wires make to the XLR part of the plug.

It isn't readily apparent what wires go where as the break is clean...no remanent on the solder joint.

The disconnected ones are the red and white wires that appear to have once gone from the 1/4' jack to the XLR one. Any help finding a wiring diagram for this would be appreciated.

Confused
I take it that the Ibanez company doesn't read these posts and make an attempt to help customers out. That sucks. That used to be one area where Japanese companies stood above US firms, they cared about quality and customer service.

On other boards I participate on, you regularly see company reps take part and do what they can to help out their customers.

Sorry you are unhappy.
This board is not owned or affiliated with Hoshino Usa/Ibanez

It is just a BB for players that dig Ibanez etc.

I dont even know if any Ibanez employee's are a memeber here.
As for your wiring problem, a jack wiring is one of the most simplistic items to be wired.
Its kinda soldering 101. most any person with knowledge of elecronics will be able to take care of the problem.
