i just put .12s on my guitar and my trem is buggin

i have tightened the screws on my springs all the way down and it is still about an inch from the hole



HELP?!

becareful as you might split the wood if you force it. i suggest you find a long drill bit with the same diameter as the hole and drill in 1/4" increments as you retry the screws to see if they reach the end. if you just drill blindly you might drill thru the whole body and that wouldn't be fun. hope that helps!
