Does anyone have any samples of old brochures or advertising copy of Ibanez they could post so we could try to find our old guitars?
I know my guitar was originally bought in France sometime in the early 70's but other than that I don't know. I've owned it since 1975. Mine is a Concorde Model 645.
It has a solid spruce top with nice rosette and cream plastic bindings with additional purfling strips, and what I think is Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. The back has a nice decorative central strip. The Headstock has a white plastic inlay "Ibanez" in cursive lettering. The tuning machines are chromed covers, buttons, and posts.
It looks to be a Martin dreadnaught copy, maybe a D-28?. |
